Micropigmentation is a tattooing procedure that deals with broken skin so a clean, bacteria free environment is essential. Protocols around the prevention of cross-contamination are adhered to at all times with equipment being sterilized and (PPE) personal protection clothing being worn.
Rebecca is certified in hygiene protocol and it is standard practice to use single-use disposable needles for each client and each procedure. New pigment is mixed at each treatment session and discarded at the end of a procedure. Pigment is never reused.
Rebecca completes annual OSHA blood borne pathogens training and certification.
